Absolutely brilliant services! My previous tenants turned my kitchen in to a dump and it looks absolutely amazing now! Oven and refrigerator are like bran new. Would definitely recommend their services!

Crystal Shine Cleaning were the first cleaners I’ve ever used and I was so impressed. Charmaine and Karla cleaned my kitchen, hallway and living room. Before the kitchen was tired and grimy and they really did a proper deep clean and now it really looks like a new kitchen! I didn’t know it could look that good. I would definitely recommend Crystal Shine! If you need some cleaning – don’t hesitate – give them a call!
You were great! Very friendly and helpful, listened to what I wanted you to do, did it to a very high standard, then went even further, spotting parts of my house that needed doing and doing it. I loved that initiative and energy, you were obviously so keen to do a good job and for me to be happy with your service, you were really on my side. OMG!!! Charmaine and her truly wonderful ladies did the most fantastic job, on my heartbreakingly left, student rental flat. I cried when I saw the state of it, I cried when I saw how brilliant Charmaine & co, had made it look like new again.

Charmaine saved the day! I was moving home last weekend and stupidly I accepted a two day job miles away from Nottingham. in my panic I contacted Charmaine late on Saturday evening to ask if there was any chance of her helping me out, I did contact several other companies too but Charmaine was the only one to reply. By 9 am on Monday morning her team were hard at work making my very dusty and dirty house look fantastic for the new owners. I cant praise her enough for being so understanding and agreeing to work at such short notice and under intense pressure. The new owners were moving in at 2pm! I definitely recommend that you use Charmaine for any cleaning jobs. Oh and she is super cheerful to boot! Thanks a million Charmaine.
Charmaine and her amazing team did a wonderful deep clean on my house as we were moving out the next day and I could not face doing it myself as we were right up to the wire on getting our stuff out (we moved ourselves stupidly). It was the best value for money I have ever spent! I never knew my house could be so clean or smell so lovely. I wish I had done it years ago. The team were friendly, polite and diligent. I was so impressed with the professional results after Crystal Shine had cleaned my house. The kitchen appliances looked new and an old piece of furniture I was ready to throw away shone like new. After struggling to find a good cleaner for months, Charmaine and her team took on our factory offices/canteens/locker rooms on at short notice and gave them a much needed deep-clean with brilliant, gleaming results.
